*About out of stock*
We do not have a set number of items in stock. Please note that we may not be able to provide the item.
*From the time an order is received to the time it is shipped*.
Orders received by 12:00 p.m. on a business day will be processed the following day.
(*Orders received after 12:00 a.m. will be processed on the next business day.)
We will contact you with the estimated shipping date and process your order the following day.
Since the inventory status is constantly changing, we will contact you separately from the scheduled ship date if any items are out of stock.
*Please note that there may be a delay depending on the order status.
*When there are out-of-stock items (when there is a shortage of stock), the following actions will be taken.
When an item is out of stock (insufficient stock), we will cancel only the item(s) that are out of stock and ship the rest of the items.
(No additional shipping or handling fees will be charged even if the order total is less than 20,000 yen (excluding tax).

*Please note that we do not wait for out-of-stock items to arrive in order to ship them.

*Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept cancellations or exchanges once we have shipped the product. In principle, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer reasons unless the product is damaged or defective.
Please be sure to check the product upon arrival at the delivery address specified by you. Please contact us within one week of receipt of defective or missing items.
*About large orders*.
For large orders of single items, we will draw on the manufacturer’s inventory instead of our own.
Please understand that it will take a few days for delivery.

◆品切れについて◆
在庫数は設定しておりません。商品をご用意できない場合もございますので予めご了承ください。
◆ご注文を頂いてから発送までの流れ◆
営業日の午後12時までのご注文を翌日受注処理致します。
（※午前12時以降のご注文は翌々営業日の扱いとさせて頂いております。）
出荷予定日のご連絡をお送りし、翌日受注処理を行います。
在庫状況は常に変動している為、その際に、欠品等がございましたら出荷予定日のご連絡とは別に改めてご連絡をさせて頂きます。
※受注状況により遅れが生じる場合もございますので、ご了承ください。
▼品切れ品がある時（在庫不足の時）は下記の対応となります。
品切れ品がある時（在庫不足の時）は、欠品商品のみをキャンセルとさせて頂き欠品商品以外を発送とさせて頂く、「あるのみ出荷」とさせて頂きます。
（注文合計が20,000円（税抜）を下回っても追加送料・手数料は請求致しません。）

※欠品再注文に関して、新規注文扱いとして手数料・送料はご負担となります、ご了承ください。
◆返品・交換に関して◆
弊社から商品を発送した段階でキャンセル・交換はお受けできません。原則、商品破損や不良品等の事情がなければ、お客様都合での返品・交換はお受けしておりません。
ご指定頂いたお届け先に到着した時点で必ず商品のご確認をお願い致します。不良品・不足などは商品到着後1週間以内にご連絡下さい。

単品大量のご注文に関しましては、弊社在庫でなくメーカー在庫を引き当てさせて頂きます。
納品までに日数を要しますので、予めご了承ください。
