Q. How much is the shipping cost ?
A. All the products are FREE shipping to worldwide and all cost will be listed before payment.
Q. How fast do you ship ?
A. We ship same business day ! (Monday through Friday and non Hong Kong Holidays)
Q. Is the products as described ?
A. All our item comes are function well and as described, all malfunctioned items can be exchanged within 30 days.
Q. Do you ship the products to my country ?
A. Yes. We provide worldwide shipping service. However, some countries such as Italy customs always block the oversea parcel and we reserved the right to cancel the order. Please contact us if you have enquires.
Q. What payment method are accepted ?
A. We accept Paypal only.
Q. What currencies are accepted ?
A. We accept Hong Kong Dollar, US dollar, British Pound and Euro only.
Q. Do I need a confirmed address?
A. We prefer Paypal confirmed addresses and a parcel over HK$250 must have a Paypal confirmed addresses.
Q. Can I have full refund or exchange the products ?
A. If for any reason you are unhappy with you purchase you can return it to us within 14 days for an exchange or full refund, providing the product is in its original condition (unworn, unwashed and has all labels and tickets intact) and is in its original packaging.When trying items on please take necessary care not to mark or stain the items with deodorants, aftershaves, make up, cigarette smoke etc as such items will not be considered suitable for resell and as such a refund cannot be given.When returning goods please package them securely with a brief note about your request including your invoice number or better still the dispatch note and send it back to us using the supplied Returns label.
